About GROW
GROW provides a dedicated and responsive service to women and girls from across many Rotherham and Barnsley communities.
GROW works collaboratively with other agencies to ensure that women and girls who use our service can access services and information in a way that will have real meaning in their lives.
We believe strongly in a trauma informed holistic approach and work with women and girls
who use our services at their own pace to a point where their confidence and ability to
make informed lifestyle choices and changes are increased.
The women and girls who engage with GROW services are often:
- Isolated and lonely;
- Lacking in confidence;
- Facing crisis in their lives;
- Seeking to make positive lifestyle choices and changes;
- Falling through the net of existing services.
